Originally from Ireland, Paul trained under Heston Blumenthal and Paco Torreblanca. Having spend time as a yacht chef, Paul personally faced the challenges behind provisioning and understands the need for quality produce and excellent customer service. Fluent in English, Spanish and French, Paul can assist you if you need specialist advice,
